At Red Bull Gaming, I was responsible for overseeing all YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Instagram content. When I joined, these channels were primarily focused on event coverage, with no consistent content strategy in place. I developed and implemented several strategies to expand beyond event-focused content, introducing challenge-based content, innovative formats for event coverage, and engaging with influencers in new ways. This shift helped establish a more dynamic, consistent presence across our social channels, driving greater engagement and expanding our reach within the gaming community.
